2010년 11월 11일 호주 독립기술이민법 변경 안내

호주도우미 서울 운영진 키미입니다..

2010년 11월11일자로 호주 이민성에 독립 기술 이민 점수제를 발표하였습니다.
 
기존 60, 50, 40점으로 분류되던 직업점수제를 폐지하고 합격점수를 65점으로 하향 조정하여서

 

새로운 점수 체계로 발표되었습니다.

 

눈에 띌만한 사항은 학위점수가 기존에 비해 상향 되었고 포인트는 주어 지지 않지만 자격만 된다면 49세

 

까지 독립 기술이민을 신청할 수 있도록 기회를 제공하였으며 경력점수에 대해 기간에 따른 차별을 둠으

 

로써 좀 더 세세한 항목별로 점수를 부여했다는 점입니다. 

 

호주 이민성에서 발표한 새 Points Test입니다.

- 적용시점 : 1 July 2011 (2011년 7월 1일)

 

- 적용취지 : 업무 및 영어에 있어 한층 더 숙련된 인력을 받기 위함.

- 적용 Visa Class
 Subclass 885 Skilled Independent
 Subclass 886 Skilled Sponsored
 Subclass 175 Skilled Independent
 Subclass 487 Skilled Regional Sponsored
 Subclass 176 Skilled Sponsored
 Subclass 475 Skilled ? Regional Sponsored

 

- Pass Mark : 65 Points (아래의 각 요소별 점수 합산 65점 이상인 경우 Pass)

* Age (나이)
18-24 : 25 points
25-32 : 30 points
33-39 : 25 points
40-44 : 15 points
45-49 : 0 points

 

* English Language (영어)
Competent English - IELTS 6 : 0 points
Proficient English - IELTS 7 : 10 points
Superior English - IELTS 8 : 20 points

(솔직히 영어가 제일 관건인데, Competent English일 경우 0점을 주더라도,

Competent English이상의 영어성적표 제출이 필요하다고 하네요.)

 

*Work Experience (직업군)
on-shore 인 경우(호주내)
One year Australian (of past two years) : 5 points
Three years Australian (of past five years) : 10 points
Five years Australian (of past seven years) : 15 points
off-shore 인 경우(호주외)
Three years overseas (of past five years) : 5 points
Five years overseas (of past seven years) : 10 points
Eight years overseas (of past 10 years) : 15 points

 

* Qualifications (자격)
Offshore recognised apprenticeship, AQFIII/IV completed in Australia, Diploma completed in Australia : 10 points
Bachelor degree(학사) : 15 points
PhD(박사) : 20 points

 

* Recognition of Australian Study (호주내 학력 인증)
Minimum two years fulltime : 5 points

 

* Designated language : 5 points

(기존의 경우 한국학위가 있으면 한국어 점수가 있었으나, 이제는 NATTI의 해당 언어에 대한

인증이 있어야 5점이 추가되는 형태로 변경)

 

* Partner skills : 5 points

(배우자가 해당 직업군 기술심사 통과나 IELTS등의 점수가 있는 경우 주어지는 가산점)

 

* Professional Year : 5 points

(호주에서 유학후 이민신청할 경우 주어지는 가산점)

 

* Sponsorship by state or territory government : 5 points

(주정부의 스폰서쉽으로 발생하는 가산점)

 

* Sponsorship by family or state or territory government to regional Australia : 10 points

(호주가 지정한 지방에 거주하는 친척의 스폰서쉽으로 발생하는 가산점)

 

* Study in a regional area : 5 points

 

 

 

 

유념하셔야 할 점은 현재 485비자를 소지하고 계시거나 485비자 신청상태에서 브리징을 소지하신 분들은

 

2012년 12월말까지 영주비자를 신청하는 조건으로 과거 점수제에 적용됩니다.
